Shortage in the register or stockroom
The audit shows a loss, and five people worked the shift. A single-issue test for everyone with access narrows the circle in one day and clears the honest ones.
Refunds without goods
A cashier processes a refund to a non-existent customer and takes the money from the register. Questions about specific transactions within a specific period.

How the test works

Agreeing on the questions
Together we formulate specific questions about facts. You receive the wording in advance.

Test: 15–30 minutes
The person answers “true” or “false” on screen while the camera records eye reactions. No sensors on the body.

Scoring in 5 minutes
The data is encrypted and sent to the Converus server; the algorithm computes a Credibility Score from 1 to 99.

You receive a PDF report right after the test, and the examiner explains what the numbers mean and what to do next.
Three formats for retail
Testing after a shortage
We come to the store, warehouse, or chain office. A single-issue test about the specific shortage, 6–8 people a day. A report on each person right after the test.
Screening when hiring a cashier
Candidate screening: theft, drugs, honesty of the application. In our Lviv office or on-site, 30–45 minutes. For candidates in other cities there is VerifEye: 10 minutes from a smartphone, from UAH 2,500.
Scheduled testing
Every six months or once a year for cashiers, shift leads, and store managers. The fact of regular testing alone reduces the number of shortages.
Chains with stores in different cities
Travel within the Lviv region is included, Western Ukraine is +UAH 2,000, other regions from UAH 12,000 including the test. For remote locations VerifEye online is cheaper.
What a chain owner should know
Testing is done only with the employee's written consent, and they may refuse. In Ukraine the result is not admissible evidence in court; it is grounds for an internal decision or an internal investigation. Refusing the test should not be treated as an admission.
The test checks only specific facts within a specific period, for example “Did you take money from the store register after April 1?” We do not ask about health, politics, religion, or private life. Before the test the person reads all the questions, so there are no surprises.
