Information Leak: Find the Source with a Lie Detector
A competitor knows your prices, a client received an offer from someone in your database, or plans became known before the announcement. The test checks a specific act of disclosure, not “loyalty in general”.

How the test solves it
First we narrow the circle
Together we identify who had access to the leaked information. Usually that is 3–10 people. We test them and leave the rest of the team alone.
Questions about disclosure, not opinions
“Have you passed the client database to outside parties since January?”, “Have you discussed company prices with competitors?”. These are facts a person either did or did not do.
A separate result for each person
You receive a report on every person tested. It often turns out the leak was unintentional: someone “just mentioned it”. The test shows that too.

Questions are always about facts and events within a specific period. Not about thoughts, intentions, or feelings.

- If the algorithm could not score the test (instructions not followed, random answers, eye or lighting problems), the test is declared invalid and repeated at a 50% discount

Questions and answers
Yes. The test is voluntary. But an employment contract can provide for testing when an employee has access to confidential information, and then a refusal becomes grounds for decisions.
