How the test solves it
A standard set of topics
Theft at previous jobs, drug use, hidden criminal records, forged documents or experience in the resume, ties to competitors. You choose what matters for the position.
The candidate knows the questions in advance
Before the test, they read all topics with explanations. This is legal, fair, and often it is at this stage that the candidate volunteers what they had been hiding.
