Workplace Theft: Lie Detector Test
Revenue is missing, goods are gone from the warehouse, or money is gone from the safe. You suspect everyone and no one. A 30–45 minute test per person gives a clear answer for each: involved or not.

How the test solves it
Questions about a specific incident
Not “are you an honest person”, but “did you take money from the register on August 14”, “do you know who took it”. The more specific the question, the more accurate the result.
The innocent are not afraid of the test
Most often, once a test is announced, the guilty person confesses or quits on their own. The rest take the test calmly and receive confirmation that there are no claims against them.

No. Written consent only. But a refusal without a reason says a lot to a manager on its own.
