How to take the test in Oslo
We have no office in Oslo. We only work by travelling to the client with EyeDetect equipment or online via VerifEye.
Online today: VerifEye
You receive a link, the person takes the test from a phone in a quiet room, in 15–20 minutes. The PDF report comes within 5 minutes after the test, the examiner's explanation the same day. Suitable for fidelity checks and job candidates.
Specialist visit with EyeDetect
Visits are scheduled around requests: we collect several requests in the region and set a date. The test takes place in your office or a rented room. 6–8 people can be tested in a day.
How much will the test in Oslo cost?
Answer 5 short questions and a specialist will calculate the exact price of a visit or an online test and call you back. Free and with no obligation.
Common reasons to book a test
Theft or missing money
When several people are under suspicion, each of them answers the same questions. The result is not court evidence and is no substitute for reporting to the police.
Infidelity in a relationship
We check one specific suspicion: we draw up the questions together with you, and the person reads them in advance. The test is voluntary and requires written consent.
Job candidate or employee
Screening before hiring or during employment on agreed topics, such as theft at a previous job or ties to competitors.
Dispute without evidence
A debt, an agreement or an accusation where it is one person's word against another's: the test checks a specific version of events. The result is not court evidence.
Bergen, Stavanger and other towns in Norway
The VerifEye online test can be taken from any town in Norway. EyeDetect visits to other towns work the same way: we set the date once several requests come in from the region.

Questions about the test in Oslo
We have no office in Oslo, so there are two options. You can take the VerifEye online test today on your phone, in a quiet room at home or at work. The EyeDetect test takes place during a specialist visit, in your office or a rented room in Oslo.
VerifEye online test: UAH 2,500 (≈ NOK 522) for one question, UAH 4,000 (≈ NOK 836) for three, UAH 6,000 (≈ NOK 1,253) for six, with no extra charges. EyeDetect with a visit: from UAH 10,000 (≈ NOK 2,089) for one question and UAH 15,000 (≈ NOK 3,134) for three, plus travel from Lviv and the venue. Prices are in hryvnias; krone amounts are approximate, at the NBU rate of 15.09.2026.
We plan trips to Norway once several requests come in from the region, so we cannot tell you in advance how long the wait will be. Once the date is agreed, a specialist comes from Lviv with EyeDetect equipment, and the test takes place in your office or a rented room. If you need an answer sooner, you can take the VerifEye online test today: it takes 15–20 minutes, and the PDF report comes within 5 minutes after the test.
There is no direct bus from Lviv to Oslo: by timetable the trip takes 40–46 hours with at least two changes, for example in Kraków and Berlin or in Dresden and Copenhagen, and a one-way ticket costs roughly UAH 5,000–10,600. A FlixBus ticket includes one hold bag up to 20 kg (80×50×30 cm) and a small bag up to 7 kg, so we book an extra piece for the equipment separately and in advance. A faster option is a bus to Kraków (6–11 hours, ≈ UAH 1,200–1,850) and then a flight. Ryanair reaches Torp airport in about 2 hours, with a one-way ticket at about UAH 770–8,400 depending on the date. Wizz Air reaches Gardermoen in 2 hours 15 minutes, about UAH 1,360–8,060. We buy checked baggage for the equipment separately with a low-cost airline. From Torp the Torp-Ekspressen bus takes 1 hour 35 minutes to Oslo (a return ticket from NOK 289, ≈ UAH 1,380), and from Gardermoen the Flytoget train reaches the centre in 19 minutes. By car it is about 2,290 km from Lviv: 23–24 hours without stops, so in practice two days. Travel and the venue are paid separately from the test. We will give you the exact round-trip amount once the dates are known.

Yes. The test checks one specific suspicion, for example infidelity over a certain period. The partner under suspicion takes it, or both partners take separate tests. The test is voluntary and requires written consent. The VerifEye online test costs from UAH 2,500 (≈ NOK 522), and you do not need to wait for a visit.
Yes. You can take the test in Ukrainian, Russian, English or German. We do not run the test in Norwegian. We draw up the questions together with you, and the person reads them in advance.
Norway is not in the EU, but as an EEA state it applies the GDPR through the Personal Data Act 2018 (personopplysningsloven); the supervisory authority is Datatilsynet. We found no separate Norwegian law that permits, bans or licenses private lie detector tests, and no guidance from Datatilsynet either: searches on its website for «løgndetektor» and «polygraf» returned no results. We test only with written consent, and minors only with written consent from their parents and with the parents present. The rules for testing employees and job candidates are stricter: in the Working Environment Act (arbeidsmiljøloven), § 9-1 allows control measures only where there is a legitimate reason in the business and the measure is not a disproportionate burden on the employee, § 9-2 requires the measure to be discussed with employee representatives in advance, and § 9-3 bars asking a candidate for health information beyond what the job requires. The 2019 joint guidance from Datatilsynet and Arbeidstilsynet adds that employees find it hard to refuse, so their consent is rarely a sound legal basis. So talk to a lawyer before testing staff. The Supreme Court of Norway (Høyesterett) in Rt. 1996 s. 1114 refused to admit a polygraph result as evidence in a criminal case, citing strong privacy considerations, and kept that position in Rt. 1997 s. 689 and Rt. 1997 s. 1145; in civil cases the question remains open. Our result is not court evidence.
