We have no office in Riga, so there are two options. You can take the VerifEye online test today on your phone, in a quiet room at home or at work. The direct bus from Lviv to Riga is scheduled to take 21 h 40 min, and a one-way ticket costs roughly UAH 3,450–3,620. Buses with changes take 24–37 hours, with tickets at roughly UAH 3,480–5,670. Taking a bus to Kraków (6–11 hours) and then a flight to Riga (about 1 h 40 min) is faster, but flights do not run every day, and a bag with the equipment costs extra. Latvia has no separate law on polygraph tests, and a private voluntary test falls under the EU data protection rules (GDPR). We test only with written consent, and minors only with written consent from their parents and with the parents present. The rules for testing employees and job candidates are stricter, so talk to a lawyer before such a test. Latvia's Supreme Court held that courts must weigh a polygraph expert opinion ordered in a criminal case together with other evidence, and cannot base key findings on it alone. Our test is not a forensic expert examination, and its result is not court evidence.
