Common reasons to book a test
Theft or missing money
When several people are under suspicion, each of them answers the same questions. The result is not court evidence and is no substitute for reporting to the police.
Infidelity in a relationship
We check one specific suspicion: we draw up the questions together with you, and the person reads them in advance. The test is voluntary and requires written consent.
Job candidate or employee
Screening before hiring or during employment on agreed topics, such as theft at a previous job or ties to competitors.
Dispute without evidence
A debt, an agreement or an accusation where it is one person's word against another's: the test checks a specific version of events. The result is not court evidence.
What people come to us with
Typical requests from different cities and countries, without names or details.
Companies
Traffic arbitrage
Screening candidates and employees to check whether they pass the company's offers to competitors.
Companies
Call centres
Screening operators before hiring, and internal investigations when staff have access to money or the client database.
Businesses and families
Theft at work or at home
When several people are under suspicion, each takes the test with the same questions. Minors take it only with written consent from their parents and with the parents present.
Couples
Suspected infidelity
The test checks one specific suspicion over a certain period. We draw up the questions together, and the person reads them in advance.
The test result is not court evidence.

Questions about the test in Sarajevo
We have no office in Sarajevo, so there are two options. You can take the VerifEye online test today on your phone, in a quiet room at home or at work. The EyeDetect test takes place during a specialist visit, in your office or a rented room in Sarajevo.
VerifEye online test: UAH 2,500 (≈ €49) for one question, UAH 4,000 (≈ €78) for three, UAH 6,000 (≈ €116) for six, with no extra charges. EyeDetect with a visit: from UAH 10,000 (≈ €194) for one question and UAH 15,000 (≈ €291) for three, plus travel from Lviv and the venue. Prices are in hryvnias; euro amounts are approximate, at the NBU rate of 15.09.2026.
We plan trips to Bosnia and Herzegovina once several requests come in from the region, so we do not promise an exact date in advance. Once the date is agreed, a specialist comes from Lviv with EyeDetect equipment, and the test takes place in your office or a rented room. If you need an answer sooner, you can take the VerifEye online test today: it takes 15–20 minutes, and the PDF report comes within 5 minutes after the test.
There is no direct bus from Lviv to Sarajevo: every FlixBus route has two transfers. The fastest route runs via Budapest and Zagreb, 30 hours 5 minutes by timetable, with a one-way ticket at roughly UAH 5,590–6,285. Other bus options cost UAH 5,360–10,200 one way, depending on the route and the date. A bus plus a flight is faster: the direct bus from Lviv to Warsaw takes 9–11 hours by timetable and costs roughly UAH 1,390, then there is a direct flight to Sarajevo. The fastest combination is about 15 hours of travel, and the flight costs roughly UAH 6,900 for the date we checked. These are separate tickets, and checked baggage with the equipment is paid on top. The daytime Warsaw–Sarajevo flight operates on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so we plan this route for those days. Another option is via Vienna: a direct bus from Lviv takes about 17.5 hours (roughly UAH 1,910), then a direct bus to Sarajevo takes about 13 hours (roughly UAH 3,140), or you can fly with Austrian Airlines, which serves the route daily. The Sarajevo airport timetable confirms these flights until 24 October 2026; we check later dates before the trip. You cannot reach Sarajevo by train from Lviv: the timetable of the Railways of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has no routes towards Zagreb, Budapest or Belgrade. Travel and the venue are paid separately from the test. We will give you the exact round-trip amount once the dates are known.

Yes. The test checks one specific suspicion, for example infidelity over a certain period. The partner under suspicion takes it, or both partners take separate tests. The test is voluntary and requires written consent. The VerifEye online test costs from UAH 2,500 (≈ €49), and you do not need to wait for a visit.
Yes. You can take the test in Ukrainian, Russian, English or German. We do not run the test in Bosnian, Serbian or Croatian. We draw up the questions together with you, and the person reads them in advance.
We found no law in Bosnia and Herzegovina that specifically regulates, licenses or bans private voluntary tests, so their status is unregulated rather than expressly permitted. The country is not in the EU, so the GDPR does not apply directly here. Personal data is covered by the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of BiH 12/25), modelled on the GDPR and applicable since October 2025; the regulator is the Personal Data Protection Agency of BiH. This law also covers providers from other countries when they offer services to people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, so we work by its rules. Our legal basis is written consent: it can be withdrawn at any time, as easily as it was given. The law does not say whether eye-movement data counts as biometric, so we take separate consent for the test. Article 24 gives a person the right not to be subject to a decision made solely by automated means, so a specialist always reviews the conclusion. Minors take the test only with written consent from their parents and with the parents present. The rules for testing employees and job candidates are stricter: Article 29 of the Labour Law of the Federation of BiH bans asking a candidate for data not directly related to the job, Article 30 limits the collection of data on employees, and breaches carry a fine; Republika Srpska and the Brčko District have their own labour laws. Talk to a lawyer before such a test. In court, a polygraph is not evidence: the Canton Sarajevo police rules (Article 93 of the 2020 rulebook) require warning the person that the result cannot be used as evidence in criminal or other proceedings, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina recorded in decision AP-1316/08 that an official note on polygraph results cannot be evidence, and in decision AP-3463/20 that a civil court refused a polygraph because the Civil Procedure Act does not provide for such evidence. Our result is not court evidence either.
