Only voluntarily and with the person's own written consent. No one can be forced. A refusal is also information, but not proof of guilt. We explain to everyone that the test first of all clears the innocent, and that is usually why people agree to it.
VerifEye online: we send a link, the person takes the test from a phone in a quiet room, and the report arrives by email within 20 minutes. Online accuracy is 84–89%; in our Lviv office on EyeDetect it is 86–90%.
This happens in no more than 10 cases out of 100, most often because of fatigue or nervousness. A repeat test is 50% off.
No. In Ukraine, the test result is not evidence in court, and we do not hand reports to anyone except the client. You decide who sees the result. The test can be taken anonymously: under a number, without a name or photo. We do not discuss tests and do not keep reports longer than needed to deliver the result.
